Basically men have no right to fatherhood in the legal system, you will loose your kid everytime unless the woman allows you to have the child.

I tried to take him for a month in the summer in the rig with me out on the road... spend some time together.... he said no. The only time he has ever called me was when his MOTHER need money for rent.

So the first step is not getting pregnant in the first place. Its not rocket science. Wear a rubber and the girl takes the pill. The chances of getting pregnant with that combo are basically none.
