No one has said Total Annihilation yet?

Revolutionized the RTS genre, when it was getting stagnant a bit. Wasted WAY too much time on this game in 6 hour long multipleyer games. I keep meaning to find a copy (mine seem to have developed tiny holes in the cd somehow.. heh.) so I can put it on a fast PC and see how it flies these days. I remember it started to really suck on the P200's we had back then, when 128MB of RAM was considered an ungodly amount.

Then of course Doom / Original Quake. Warcraft series...

CS is on there too, if for nothing else it's popular longevity. Still the most played game out there, and it's what? 5 years old now?

Total addict playing 8 hours a day for 1.5 years. Its amazing how fast you can get and how intuitive your playing becomes, amazing how fast and accurate you can really be.

Diablo1 & 2 - got me started in this biz in diablo 1 as I made a website for the clan I started in the game, hit a porn website 2 weeks later and thought "fuck I can do that" and I did, made a killing

all thanks to being addicted to diablo1.

Gotta love computer games that change your life.

Now days I don't play any computer games, to busy with life. But once in awhile there still good fun.
