One other thing. The GA Dept. of Corrections is one step below a security guard at the mall. These are the people that had high hopes of becoming State Troopers or Game Wardens but were not mentaly or phisicaly able to do so. They are the bottom of the barrel so to speak.

I only will travel on major interstates and stay far away from any small towns and the like.

My dad had a friend of his traveling in the south years ago who went through a redneck small town. One of those classic big fat southern chewing tobacco style sheriffs pulled him over for no reason other than he had NY plates, and the guy gave the cop a bit of NYC attitude, so the cop hauled him to jail, stuck him in a cell with two huge black dudes that proceeded to ass fuck him and then beat the shit out of him and they banged up his car as well.

Southern, and if you people think these backwoods, nothing but a GED cops aren't sitting around LOVING nailing the "city folk", I can tell you you're VERY wrong. I had a horrible run in with them when I was in college (which made my Daddy VERY mad - you do NOT want to get a Southern Girl's Daddy mad

) and there were countless other stories from friends of mine.

Even now, living on the OTHER end of the state in the boonies, I know my local license tag saves me - they LOVE pulling over the cars with Atlanta plates and they love doing whatever they think they can get away with in order to screw you over. It's fact. Period.

Jay, I don't know what kind of $$$$ you have at your disposal, but an old boyfriend's father used Bobby Lee Cook to get out of some serious trouble and it was worth every penny.

I have been trying to get the true story from Jay on another board, and apparently he did not go to jail for his website, but rather for a probabtion violation.

Stop whining, if you can't do the time, don't do the time.

You fucked up in so many ways, beginning with getting out of the car when you were not asked to do so.

Saying you violated your probation by bringing an attornet with you is bullshit, so one can only presume that you failed to appear in court because you did not have an attornet to go with you. Failure to appear will land you in jail everytime, and I did a search for the sherriff's name on Google, and your webpage never came up.

So, while you would like people to think you did 30 days because of it, the facts seem to point to the fact that you did the month because you refused to play by the rules.

No one to blame but yourself.

Not to defend cops for a second, but I have seen first hand how some cops practice what was called "corrective flexible justice". They would illegally search many, many people, and guess what? They often caught people carrying weapons and drugs and such. Good cops develop a sixth sense almost as to who are the bad guys and they find a way to bust them. Then they work out the details of how to make the bust stick. This is the flexible part since many cops rationalize that they should be afforded opportunity to make creative arrests of people who are legitimately breaking the law. Many times this results in bullshit searches that read later in the reports "Saw the bag in plain view" , "smelled a strong odor of marijuna" "defendant consented to search of vehicle". The bottom line is if you want to carry illegal contraband your accepting risk. Likely is you wont get popped but then again if you are busted at least some blame should be accepted personally for placing yourself in harms way.

That being said, your page certainly reads like it sucked to be you.

These are the people that had high hopes of becoming State Troopers or Game Wardens but were not mentaly or phisicaly able to do so. They are the bottom of the barrel so to speak.

Southern, and if you people think these backwoods, nothing but a GED cops aren't sitting around LOVING nailing the "city folk", I can tell you you're VERY wrong. I had a horrible run in with them when I was in college (which made my Daddy VERY mad - you do NOT want to get a Southern Girl's Daddy mad ) and there were countless other stories from friends of mine. Even now, living on the OTHER end of the state in the boonies, I know my local license tag saves me - they LOVE pulling over the cars with Atlanta plates and they love doing whatever they think they can get away with in order to screw you over. It's fact. Period. Jay, I don't know what kind of $$$$ you have at your disposal, but an old boyfriend's father used Bobby Lee Cook to get out of some serious trouble and it was worth every penny. Stop whining, if you can't do the time, don't do the time. You fucked up in so many ways, beginning with getting out of the car when you were not asked to do so. Saying you violated your probation by bringing an attornet with you is bullshit, so one can only presume that you failed to appear in court because you did not have an attornet to go with you. Failure to appear will land you in jail everytime, and I did a search for the sherriff's name on Google, and your webpage never came up. So, while you would like people to think you did 30 days because of it, the facts seem to point to the fact that you did the month because you refused to play by the rules. No one to blame but yourself.

They would illegally search many, many people, and guess what? They often caught people carrying weapons and drugs and such. Good cops develop a sixth sense almost as to who are the bad guys and they find a way to bust them. Then they work out the details of how to make the bust stick. This is the flexible part since many cops rationalize that they should be afforded opportunity to make creative arrests of people who are legitimately breaking the law. Many times this results in bullshit searches that read later in the reports "Saw the bag in plain view" , "smelled a strong odor of marijuna" "defendant consented to search of vehicle". The bottom line is if you want to carry illegal contraband your accepting risk. Likely is you wont get popped but then again if you are busted at least some blame should be accepted personally for placing yourself in harms way. That being said, your page certainly reads like it sucked to be you. __________________
