are you paying attention? he did the drug thing a few years ago, he has been on probation. He had a scheduled court date, he did not show up, so they violated his probation.

Well, like I said, I did a Google search for the sherriff's name, and his page did not come up.

So I asked him what the charges were, and he said it was a probabtion violation because he refused to go to court without his attorney. I didn't lie about shit - I took the page offline, so they would quit freaking out. We wrote the judge, asked permission to make the 400 mile round trip down there when I could have a laywer present, got permission, and they arrested me anyway.

If you must know, my lawyer wrote the judge, the judge said it would be fine to postpone the court date, the sherrif went to another judge and took a warrent out on me anyway because he was upset at me for excercising me freedom of speech, the came to ATL, drug me out to the middle of nowhere, and it took a month to get a hearing to get this crap straightened out...wew - OK? Hope that sets some of the armchair lawyering straight...
