Mick Jagger 60 years old, where the fuck did it go?

I remember seeing them in a room above a pub in Kingston way back in 1965 or was it 1966. Had gone straight from work, was a trainee chef, with a load of mates. Saw them again in the Marquee in 69 I think. Dark days did a lot of drugs.

Next time I saw them would of been in Wembley Arena, with my first wife, somewhere around 1975.

Tomorrow night will probably be the last time with my third wife. The day before I fly to the US to see you lot.

Where the fuck did it all go? Seems like yesterday in that pub in Kingston.

"They want you to be like you were in 1969," Sir Mick once said.

"They want you to because otherwise their youth goes with you. It's very selfish but it is understandable."

Both of us know exactly what you mean Charly. lol Goes with the younger ones now that keep thinking that I'll do it tomorrow and all of a sudden its 20-25 yrs later and that something still isn't done.

Beatles
Stones
Monkees
CCR
Fleetwood Mac
Cher
Neil Diamond
The Eagles

So many in between! I'm lucky to have seen many of them in person. What ever happened to the Dave Clark Five???? Did they really exist or was it Aliens that spoofed us? lol

We're lucky to live where many bands start their US tours but the tickets are starting to get ridiculous.

Wait till they start dying of old age - THEN we'll really start to wonder where the time went.

Lost, yesterday, somewhere between Sunrise and Sunset, two golden hours, each set with sixty diamond minutes. No reward is offered, for they are gone forever.

I would personally like to inflict some pain upon your body which I am quite capable of doing (I can get your compliance and have you curse the woman that gave birth to you in under five seconds) for calling around 300,000 Americans that were wounded, crippled, and killed in Vietnam...IDIOTS...for abiding by US law...answering the call from Uncle Sam and serving their country.

I wonder how much snatch old Mick got in his sixty years. I bet more than Hugh Hefner.
