:tongue 30 kilo's to beat!

I'm about to turn 31 and will become a dad around middle december. I used to be a pro motorcross rider and in top shape..
I had a bad accident that got me hospitalised for 1.5 years
including rehad.....needles to say I gained a shitload of weight.
It never really bothered me really as for a very long time I wasn't
able to do the sports I like and all those years that I was racing
I left so many good things behind and finaly I could enjoy all that.

But now the turning point has finaly come.....I used to drink
between 15 and 20 cans of Coke per day.....EVERY day. As of
last week I only drink coke on special occasions like a restaurant
dinner.....in and around the house I stick to only water...

I picked up some cardio vascular training and my goal is to lose
30 Kilo's before my son is born. I'm not gonna do special diets.
I eat healthy meals anyway.....cut a bit on carbs and increase
on my salads and just move my ass a bit more than usual....

So who else is on a mission to lose some serious weight? What
do you do and how do you stick with it? Every month I'll post
post some results.....it will help me stay motivated as I don't want
to slide back to bad habits.....in Vegas.......I'll be back in shape.

For the record I'm 105 Kilos (231 pounds) as of today
and my goal is 75 (165) which is a perfect weight for a guy
my size....I'm 1.82 (5.7)

I think you could do it....you don't need to do a lot of exercises...eat healthy (no sugar, less bread, less fat), take some exercises, walk at least some 3 kilometres per day and by december you will be in top shape....

My weight loss plan so far:

Day 1 (16th) 3 laps, abs
Day 2 4 laps, abs wt. 213
Day 3 (18th) 3.7 laps, wt 211.5 after walking
Day 4 4.6 laps, abs, wt 210.5 after walking
Day 5 (20th) 3 laps, 209 after walking
Day 6 4 laps, 207 after walking, 20 pushups
Day 7 day off, wt 207
Day 8 4 laps, 205.5 after walking

under 1700 calories a day and 3 laps = 1.8 miles walking at 3.5 MPH
