on my salads and just move my ass a bit more than usual....
So who else is on a mission to lose some serious weight? What
do you do and how do you stick with it? Every month I'll post
post some results.....it will help me stay motivated as I don't want
to slide back to bad habits.....in Vegas.......I'll be back in shape.
