Paysite owners!! What name to bill customers with??

I run a paysite and before I use to be with paycom, but i have switched over to jettis now, and jettis allows you to bill customers using any name you want. when you are with paycom, paycom always bills the customers using "paycome.net"

so i have been thinking, what kind of name would help with not only retention, but also keeping nosy housewives from finding out what their husbands are doing?

should i go with just "jettis" or go with a name like "BDR" or "interWeb" or what?

i want a name that will increase retention, so the less noticable it is by the surfer on their monthly credit card statements, the better.

Why not just use jettis/billing services or something related to it so they know who is billing them and they can cancel if they want. Why try and hide from your own customers that have paid and wish to cancel and risk getting chargebacks?

no, let me clarify! i am not trying to make it hard for my customer to cancell!!! the jettis phone number will be on their bill! i am just trying to decide what type of company name to put on their bill, as to help with retention. trying to decide if i should go with "jettis", or make up my own name if it will bve less noticable for the customer on his bill. i am not trying to make it harder for them to cancell. my chargeback ratio with paycom was .48%!

I would definitely recommend going with something ambiguous, but fairly obviously Internet / computer / tech related. For instance, we use "FRNK Technology Group." It seems to be memorable enough (since it says "Your purchase will be billed as..." on the payment page), but at the same time it's not a giveaway.

You'll actually see higher chargebacks if you go with the site name, or anything obviously sexual. When wifey looks at the credit card bill and nearly has a fit when she sees "cumslurpingsluts.com", hubby is positively going to claim that the card must have been stolen, and he'll make a big show out of charging it back to prove his innocence to wifey.

Cheers
