Okay, fair enough, but couldn't something have been done sooner to avoid this mess? Couldn't an investigation have been avoided? How many of these bad transactions have to go through before something had to be done. You'd think that the first instance that a customer was charged for a free trial that this problem had to be solved ASAP. Why wasn't anything done immediately? I lost over $30,000/month in rebills when dmr went down. When I inquired about my account (I believe the person that I was speaking to was named Pattycake) I was told that they had no idea what had happened and that they would look into my account. This went on for a couple of months until she started to ignore my emails. So not only did I lose my rebills, but I was given the run around and wasn't told straight up what happened. |
