1) Seems to be all the major PPS programs thus far.
2) About $10 per signup across the board from the announcements I've seen. 3) In the next week or so is when I expect the first set of announcements... WG

Silvercash down to $25-$30 per signup and their monthly membership drops to $29.38
LA Mike said changes would take place as soon as next week ARS, Traffic cash and Topbucks all dropping payouts too. Adult Platinum looks like it will go down too. CE cash is staying the same for now. |

Good to know. Sad that most of the others have to lower their payouts as much as $10 less, but good to know that CE will be Business-As-Usual.

Flash cash also offer free trials, no word from them yet. I get the feeling they will be ok as they don't go too crazy on payouts on free joins.
