Who is lowering payouts ? What kind of drops did they make ? When is it taking effect ?

1) Seems to be all the major PPS programs thus far.
2) About $10 per signup across the board from the announcements I've seen.
3) In the next week or so is when I expect the first set of announcements...

Silvercash down to $25-$30 per signup and their monthly membership drops to $29.38

ARS, Traffic cash and Topbucks all dropping payouts too. Adult Platinum looks like it will go down too. CE cash is staying the same for now.

As stated by FM in A Statement from CECash, "CECASH will not reduce their payouts" .. also, CECash will continue their Free Trial Signups

Pay It Forward (PIF) continues to pay $20 for every free trial sign up with no deductions. It further pays $5 per recurring member, this pays you like an annuity. PIF also pays 40% of all dialer revenue.

Good to know. Sad that most of the others have to lower their payouts as much as $10 less, but good to know that CE will be Business-As-Usual.

any news on tripel x cash.

Flash cash also offer free trials, no word from them yet. I get the feeling they will be ok as they don't go too crazy on payouts on free joins.
