I have like 10k emails of previous customers that need to get my latest updates.

What prog can read a db file and send the emails and bypass my ISP?

Would it be ok to send them from your server? The one I have will put an unsubscribe link on the bottom too. Free

Install SMTP service on your computer (part of IIS) and use CDO.

You want to send these from your computer at home (or don't care what computer)?
