I have like 10k emails of previous customers that need to get my latest updates.

What prog can read a db file and send the emails and bypass my ISP?

You want to send these from your computer at home (or don't care what computer)? Assuming you're running Windows, go into the add/remove programs, windows components, install IIS - be sure to select the smtp option - and then you can use your own computer's smtp service to send the mail. If you want to do this, I'll give you sample code. (What kind of database?)
