the biggest problem that Hosting companies encounter is their inability to resolved a client's concern as soon as possible. Not all hosting companies provide Online Live Support (Chat/Phone/email, etc). downtime is really a probelm right now and everyone's concern.

That should only be used for serious and immediately pressing issues. Anyway a properly maintained working ticketing system is much more preferred. |
