Whenever I have had a problem I have been able to get support on the phone right away. They have someone 24/7 there.

the biggest problem that Hosting companies encounter is their inability to resolved a client's concern as soon as possible. Not all hosting companies provide Online Live Support (Chat/Phone/email, etc). downtime is really a probelm right now and everyone's concern.
