I know you miss her, but being at the vet's for her is best right now to help them get a complete diagnosis.
Colitus is a generalized term for many problems in the intestines. It can range from IBD (which my Persian has) to LPIBD with several diseases in between. It can be acute (sudden) or chronic (long term). A thorough diagnosis is the best way to go rather than some shotgun methods of trying meds, food changes, etc in hopes that something works. She'll be fine and so happy to see you on Monday.
