Um... read it, It is not what the law is, it is what the lawmakers want to MAKE the law.

It is being fought against by 2 males in Texas.
That case made international news, 2 guys got busted for having sex in their own house man. Read the newspaper mosre often.

And "Deviate Sexual Intercourse" is usually only used in crap such as beastiality, or with the case of adults baby raping kids.

Ya...why do you think I posted the definition? Everyone is saying..wow..so gay guys can fuck each other up the ass now - its not just anal sex as defined by most states who have the law on the books...its also oral sex.

Just because you don't know any better doesn't make it so.
