Cops wont do anythin bout the homeless living under my balcony
Well here is the story : i went outside to see what the noise was and i have like 3 homeless freaks living under my balcany there where setting there stuff up .. my balcancy faces an alley way where no one ever goes so they thought they could sleep there and i was like fuck no ... so i go down there and they start cussingme out in there drunken tounge so i was like whatever i came back up phone the police and the police come and they dont do a damn thing !! check and see what the ordinances are for your city, and dont be afraid to educate the cops about it.
Austin has a "camping" ban which is not the same as a "sleeping" ban. they can sleep almost anywhere, however, once they set up a "camp" its illegal. Check into it. |

hey stacy, do they bums still live under that bridge that goes down the hike/bike trail that follows lamar through town.. I used to ride my bike to work at the origional whole foods on 10th and lamar.. they would always be there sleeping and the whole place smelled like piss..ugh... |

I have been homeless before, and it's not a good feeling. Although I've never "camped out" under a balcony, there were a few nights on friends sofa. Let's make the assumption the gentlemen are not down and out in a beverly hills alley
