Well here is the story : i went outside to see what the noise was and i have like 3 homeless freaks living under my balcany there where setting there stuff up .. my balcancy faces an alley way where no one ever goes so they thought they could sleep there and i was like fuck no ... so i go down there and they start cussingme out in there drunken tounge so i was like whatever i came back up phone the police and the police come and they dont do a damn thing !! check and see what the ordinances are for your city, and dont be afraid to educate the cops about it.

Austin has a "camping" ban which is not the same as a "sleeping" ban. they can sleep almost anywhere, however, once they set up a "camp" its illegal. Check into it.

theres many things you can do, just be creative... you can always kill a neighborhood cat and stick it onder the porch, do it everyday.... eventually you gonna have to get the deads cats out of there once they move or else you wont be able to take the smell, but it will accomplish the mission....
