Ranking WLs
How do people manage to rank a WL in google ? They were supposed to be excluded from SE's right ? Are they friends with cam owners or work there themselves ? Take a look :
CB WL translive.com booble.com Stripcash WL Im pretty sure I've seen streamate WLs ranking well too, what's the secret ?

Yep, booble.com is a custom API site and translive.com is a parked domain, not a CB WL.

Much easier to rank an API site than some WL's
