The former adult film performer has been sentenced in federal court following a years-long investigation into the misuse of labor union funds connected to the International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU).

According to court records, Phyllisha Anne was sentenced on December 12, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Prosecutors alleged that Phyllisha Anne used a union debit card to pay thousands of dollars in personal expenses and later falsified union financial reports. While originally charged with felony embezzlement, she ultimately pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor charge tied to false labor union filings.

The case played out alongside turmoil inside the adult industry labor movement, including Phyllisha Anne’s failed attempt to dissolve APAG after board members cooperated with authorities. Despite her actions, APAG survived, separated from the IEAU, and continues to operate independently.

Gotta love how pornstars and their petty crimes get prosecuted but your local corrupt judge in your county superior court does exponentially more damage than most people who are sitting in prisons. The idea that public officials are upstanding citizens but inmates are scum of the earth is NPC thinking. No never been behind bars myself other one weekend for a DUI that I got dismissed because I paid off the right attorney.
