It looks that not only ccbill has/had? problems. Manyvids payout is also missing. They told me today that they can not any longer send money to my bank account (Santander) after question where are my money. MV is Canadian.

We got all our payments, two missing today and other two missing on Wednesday.. and closed this chapter. It was a bit painful to wait for all but in the end I guess all is now OK and we go on. Just FYI: All missing payments, we received already as of today.

I have the same problem. The money has not arrived despite their promises that payments will be processed properly.

What company do you actually receive payments from? In our case it was SPAYCE. For the payment I'm still waiting for, they told me it was sent from another company. It seems like they've gone completely crazy and are doing their best to completely lose trust.

My 4 ones what are missing are in betwen. I think they send money and lost them on the way and now try to track them.

As long as they used their own account in Malta, they paid on time.
Since they started sending money through WORLD FIRST, there have been problems.
Anyway, they have completely lost our trust and we are using another payment gateway already.
We only left rebills through CCBILL, which still generates money, but it is of no use because they have not paid us the money. Bastards.

Any other option is better than CCBILL. It was important for us to cut them off from other income. They obviously want to keep the money, otherwise they would have paid long ago. Today we also turned off rebills and sent a notification to clients to use the new payment gateway.

I think they send money and they not back but dissapear. They propably try to track this money and not send new (in place of this missing ones) in reason that they can not be shure that merchands not got them. They propably first want to get them back and after send to merchands.
I understand their situation but is not my problem that they lost this money.
I put them already ultimatum date (12 of next month) and after that date I will try to gat a payment order from the court and if they do not comply, then a bailiff's execution. They still operate and they want to operate thats for shure.

As you rightly said, their problem is not our problem.

They are most likely just faking it and in reality may secretly own the company the money disappeared to. They could have decided to end up in Europe and rob all the clients based here. If they did the same to the American clients, they would already be in custody.

It is also worth mentioning the fact that they are not even sending amounts generated this month - although they said they would now send them through other companies. They would hardly lose money a second and third time.

They must be aware of the fact that they have completely destroyed trust by doing this.

I think the ultimatum you gave them is unnecessarily long, but I definitely agree with this step.

Yes. I got two transfers.

One for money what should arrive 26.may and one for money what should arrive 2.june
So it looks that money now arrive in betwen of 5 to 7 days after pay date.

3 transfers from april 14 and 1 from april 21 still missing.

We have already switched to another payment gateway and are very satisfied. Lower commissions and money comes on time (the next day after sending the payment). CCBILL never again!

Instead I got RANDOM money (more then I should got for this 9 june payment). There is a chance that this is connected with 2 of my 4 missing payouts from april but ccbill is unable to confirm me that.

To me they told me (on tuesday if I am correct) that "payout was processed without any problem".

Problem with ccbill is not that they not pay becouse of problems related to banks etc. Problem with ccbill is becouse they not give answers and play games to not give them. They could process our payments in time in their system - so they were honest about that.

Problem- that with intermediary/or get new account to send payouts in the EU stable.

They could see still unpaid periods -so they aware about that. It's still going to repeat like it was in May...

Though US clients with ACH have its weekly and without problems- as no complaints?

I got one payout from Spacey last week but still not the missing payouts for April / May.
