VISA REGISTRATION CONFUSING?
MASTERCARD COMPLIANCE SEEM IMPOSSIBLE?

I utilized Hess and Kennedy to establish a United States presence. I was domesticated in one day.

I received a receptionist to answer any phone calls, a fax number, a street address within an office building, an EIN number, a business entity, complete with corporate books, and excellent tax, legal, and business advice.

They are also handling all of my copyright issues, privacy policy, terms of service, and I get free consultations via email and i call them on their cell telephones.

They know everything about thrid party billing, and even told me that they had contacts that could eventually help me obtain and maintain my own merchant account, ACH line into the Federal Reserve through a large US bank, and 900 number billing option at a rate of 15%.

They are in the process of building their website, so I had to rely upon references from someone I knew that used them.
