been there, done that, 6 months later its time to show YOUR ass on the boards. TripleX has been shit for help in this matter other then "we're working on it" well now 3 months after you've started working on it still nothing is rectified.

I'm the last person to bring drama to a board, in fact this WSB issue is the ONLY time Ive ever brought drama to a BBS. think i dont have better shit to do then waste my time calling people a bunch of non paying fuckups?

and I'm not just speaking for me, primarily for myself yes, but I'm hardly owed more money then some of the people who are owed. Granted what I'm owed isn't chump change by any means but there are others with larger checks missing.

it's just time to stop the bullshit and do something about the situation. WSB owes TripleX AND it's affiliates, then tripleX should step up to the plate and do something about it, not come at its webmasters with the shitty excuse "you'll get it when they get it"

don't run an affiliate program unless you can cover the payouts because in the event the processor can't payout,that doesnt mean YOU don't owe the affiliates..YOU DO....people signed up on triplexcash.com,agreed to triplexcash.com terms,triplexcash.com needs to fork out the payments...I'm not owed any money from them but I would apply this to ANY program

I can assure you no one is sitting around like a fat cat- this has been a situation that our stff takes very seriously. It 's not a fun situation to deal with as you can imagine there are MANY webmasters who are owed more money than YOU- but they are keeping patient about ths because they understand as business people that this kind of situation occurs.

I can assure you those who worked babenet's program know this all too well.

I can take constructive criticism, and so can the company but you are bitching at the wrong people. We in "good faith" worked with WSB, and continue to work with them to get every penny owed to our webmasters, yuo slamming us for a prodessional business decision is simply juvenile and deconstructive.

I would suggest if you have better ways of maximizing our revenues and know of alternate billing solutions that can alleviate these types of problems, to at least send us your resume....

Have you run your own program before? do you even know how difficult it is to do?

I suggest you call the office if you have any further problems with our program.
We'd be glad to to talk to you about your woes.

XxXotic, I've known you for quite awhile and this thread and your posts are way out of character for you.

You have my email, you have my ICQ, hell I think you even have my cell number. I'm not hard to reach.

Everyone on GFY already knows about the problems and headaches that we have been going through with WSB. In fact, some of our biggest accounts have already contributed to this thread in a "I'm being patient" manner. Why? Because they know that Triplexcash is a solid program but we happen to have had a rock thrown into our spokes.

I have been personally dealing with all of this since before Christmas. Christmas fucking Day I was pissing on WSB fires. I'm not kidding. And I work 7 days a week.

You're missing a few payments? Imagine the amounts that we're missing on our end.

Ive spoken to redshoe and you in icq regarding it, a while back and was told the same thing ya'll are tellin me now "workin on it" do I need to start sending debt collectors? How far would i get in life telling my debtors they'll get their money when i get mine? won't get me anywhere but a shit credit report and no utilities/home to live in.

I understand they're not paying you as well, if I'm 6 months behind, how far behind are you? and why aren't your lawyers ALREADY in court over this? It's not fair to YOU to allow WSB to fuck your reputation like this. Until now tripleX was by far my favorite sponsor. the people there are cool as fuck and usually helpful, sites convert awesome and retain like hell too, but now because of WSB i feel its necessary to pull every tripleX link I have, including the ccbill links. is it fair to you to have them give me a foul taste about your company?

like i said man, i really hate to have to do this but I think 6 months is fair enough amount of time to fix the situation

People who start programs without any kind of capital reserve in case of a problem like this, especially those who also choose a shady billing company because they scrub less, are playing Russian roulette with other peoples money. TripleXXX didn't originate this problem but unfortunately they are part of it. They should have lawyers and large men all over WSB.

This argument about getting the money when our new bank gives it to us is complete bs. If they intend to run a legitimate business by Florida commerce regulations they should have borrowed to pay everyone up to the date that their new bank took over processing, and then paid back the loan from the incoming cash from the old bank.

Something is very stinky here, and as evidenced by the rage we see here it is going to ruin careers.

Here in Los Angeles... there are many, many porn connections. Lots of people are porn stars, and the San Fernando Valley (which is where we are located) is said to be the porn capitol of the world. Each and every one of the new sites that we have in development (and a couple of our current ones) are partnered by guys that have been in the industry for a whil and are looking to expand into the internet. They came to us and asked if we could build the sites. We agreed on the basis that they would supply the content. Contracts get signed, and we the designers stay later and bust ass to put together sites.

And on top of designing new sites we have been also switching over our cash program to a new software package. The Mansion software. It's beta testing great, and no more WSB for us. WSB will only be handling rebills for those of us who still have customers being rebilled by them.



On a side note. NoCostPorn... since we launched CFF you've not been very positive about our company. I don't know why. Maybe you hate me, or maybe you hate someone that works here. I try to help as many people as I can. I pull my hair out over this WSB shit, because I take it all very seriously.

We fucked up. We put our faith in a billing company that wasn't very established, and we have paid dearly for it, both publically (here) and financially. We work in a very open and public industry, it is in our best interest to keep as many of our clients and affiliates as happy as possible. That's why we've purchased the mansion software, and are switching over our cash program.

As far as my thoughts about you go, I wish there were something we could do within reason, to help smooth over any friction we seem to have with each other. Or maybe not, like I said it just seems that you always have something negative to say about us, but maybe that's just how I'm reading it. I don't know.

I don't know what else to do.

I critisize whatever needs critisizing in my opinion...isn't anything personal,I don't hunt out for *** threads,could careless about whos behind the program...Which is the difference between me and most,I don't care if somebody is a "good guy" or not,it only takes one mistake to make you a bad guy(not saying you are)... In an individual circumstance,if a designer did work for me for no upfront fee and i didnt pay him when he completeed the project because "my uncle Jimmy didnt pay me the money he owes me",chances are the designer would be bashing me on GFY...shouldnt be that much different when its pertaining to a company...

and when CFF came out redshoe,I icq'ed you and said it was a kickass design and how much you would charge to do a job for me ;)

Obviously the big issue here is rebill money, no one wants to deal with this any more.

I am owed maybe $4k or so, but what pisses me off more than that is that this is dragging on and on. I completely feel the same sort of frustration that XxXotic is talking about above....That sort of rectal tingling sensation of being played.

*** has to "step up" and put this to bed. It can't be left as it is, and just changing processing setups while many are still owed money doesn't cut it either.

It's pretty clear that WSB is defunct as a business entity by any practical measure at this point. Saying that we should hold on with them is preposterous. Any talk about them has to be put to bed.

My suggestions for what they are worth.

1. Seperate yourself in a decisive and public manner from WSB and their practices. Don't be their apologists.

2. Implement a new billing setup and cut checks for everyone who didn't get paid by WSB. You have to make sure everyone is paid, it can't be swept under the carpet.

Yeah I agree with you, but there's a big difference between doing the payouts themselves and paying a company (WSB) to do it for them..

Anyway I agree they need to do something about it (which seems to be the case), my comment referred to the guy that said "my contract is with them not with the processor". The processor was part of the initial contract IMO, and you agreed to be paid by WSB. I guess it would be arguable in court.. There is no way they will be able to pay their affiliates if WSB don't pay them. Who will give a multi-million dollar lease to a porn site to pay their affiliates?

If the processor is holding your money then go after the processor, simple as that.

The fact that damn near everyone and their grandmothers have emailed, called, written by hand and driven to their offices regarding their money eleventeen million times over the past 6 months is getting tired. Chasing the processor has gotten us nowhere, so then what? just write it off? or go after the sponsor who already has nice coin coming in from CCBill and should be the ones saying hey, WSB fucked us but here ya go. We're not moving forward with new projects until we know our affiliates are paid. Makes me feel real cozy knowing they're working harder on offering new sites instead of paying the people who made them the fucking money to begin with to launch those new sites

The fact that they didn't OFFER any alternative for billing when I joined CFF severely crippled my choice of which direction to send traffic.
