Obviously the big issue here is rebill money, no one wants to deal with this any more.
I am owed maybe $4k or so, but what pisses me off more than that is that this is dragging on and on. I completely feel the same sort of frustration that XxXotic is talking about above....That sort of rectal tingling sensation of being played.
*** has to "step up" and put this to bed. It can't be left as it is, and just changing processing setups while many are still owed money doesn't cut it either.
It's pretty clear that WSB is defunct as a business entity by any practical measure at this point. Saying that we should hold on with them is preposterous. Any talk about them has to be put to bed.
My suggestions for what they are worth.
1. Seperate yourself in a decisive and public manner from WSB and their practices. Don't be their apologists.
2. Implement a new billing setup and cut checks for everyone who didn't get paid by WSB. You have to make sure everyone is paid, it can't be swept under the carpet.
