The crew behind GDP Was charged with sex trafficking Thursday evening. 3 of the 4 main people have been arrested, and the 4th is believed to have left the country.

Due to some of them being from outside the USA the prosecution is moving to keep them in custody.

It is interesting to note that there is currently a lawsuit in a different court concerning GDP (2 other threads active).

In the lawsuit this week another person, identified as videographer Theodore "Teddy" Gyi, testified under oath that he knew Pratt had been lying to the girls, and had personally heard such.

He isn't named in the criminal stuff, but I bet he is called as a witness in the criminal case.

I made a small mistake in my original post.

At the time of filing the charges the prosecution asked the court to seal the case due to the chance that defendants would hear about it before arrest and leave the country. Document 2, 10/10/19. That was granted and is why copy of indictment I posted says "Sealed" across it

Later, the prosecution, after arrests made, they moved the court to "unseal" entire case file, that has been granted but document are not yet available.

In these cases some of the most interesting documents are the Search Warrant Affidavit (sworn statement by FBI agents detailing the entire investigation) and the warrant itself.

They should become available soon. Maybe overnight, maybe not until court opens Tuesday. But soon and I'll post at that time.

Suffice it to say - GDP is going to have a tough time, and with some guys in custody and one on the run, they'll likely be unable to keep things running smooth.

Correction:

In my original post I linked the "Indictment", but that document is not actually the indictment, but is a motion to seal the Indictment and other items. That said, it does contain pretty much all the details available at this time right from the keyboard of the FBI agent.

I'm accessing the court documents through Pacer.gov and that system did list it as Indictment", but I posted before double checking.

All of the 22 plaintiffs are unidentified. The Federal complaint refers to them as AF-1 (adult female), AF-2, etc. I don't know if any of them have done other scenes, but if that was the case, such a factor would probably hurt that particular plaintiff's claims.
