Help me with an amateur girl - Pic inside
 This is the story.... I have this portuguese board where she posted her pics... we started talking today.. and she tells me that she would love to show herself online FOR FREE! She loves webcams, but doesnt have a clue about making websites, costs, and profits involved.... I told her we could do an amateur site easily, without much costs, and get a nice profit... she's all for it!!! Did I mention she's pregnant??? Did I mention she's bisexual??? Ok, now I need all the advice I can get... I want to do this in portuguese and english. She thinks it's really hard to create and run the site.. so what % should I ask for it? 50/50 ? more? I'm thinking of a tipical amateur site, with photo gallery, diary, email contact for requests, and a webcam/chat. The only thing I cant do right away is the webcam/chat... I've never done it and I would like someone to show me the options available. That's all I really need to know to get this going, but I would apreciate all advice you can give me

I guess I'll go with 60/40 .. All I have to do is tell I'll make all the initial investment, and that some experts said 60/40 is the way to go... and it's done.
Now.. about the webcam/chat .... I dont have a clue how to do it, give me some pointers please. Where can I find the scripts to make it work? What kind of bandwith will that use? etc?...

Take a higher % and give her some form of loyaly bonus / profit sharing.
