Get a capture card and use windows media encoder and instead of encoding to a movie file stream it live to your server.
I have never done this but I think it should work.
About the % you should do 60/40, if you will be updating the site, getting affiliates, doing customer/affiliate support and so on you deserve the extra 10%. Anyone can get naked for a camera it doesn't mean they will make a lot of money doing it.... that's where the real work comes in.
