This is the story....
I have this portuguese board where she posted her pics... we started talking today.. and she tells me that she would love to show herself online FOR FREE! She loves webcams, but doesnt have a clue about making websites, costs, and profits involved....

Ok, now I need all the advice I can get... I want to do this in portuguese and english. She thinks it's really hard to create and run the site.. so what % should I ask for it? 50/50 ? more?
I'm thinking of a tipical amateur site, with photo gallery, diary, email contact for requests, and a webcam/chat.
The only thing I cant do right away is the webcam/chat... I've never done it and I would like someone to show me the options available. That's all I really need to know to get this going, but I would apreciate all advice you can give me

You can make great money on webcams. 50/50 is very fair if you are making the site, getting traffic etc. If she's going to update, post journal entries etc you two could make some serious bling. ;) I'm working on a few girls myself.

Take a higher % and give her some form of loyaly bonus / profit sharing.

About the % you should do 60/40, if you will be updating the site, getting affiliates, doing customer/affiliate support and so on you deserve the extra 10%. Anyone can get naked for a camera it doesn't mean they will make a lot of money doing it.... that's where the real work comes in.
