I guess Paxum is just overloaded with other issues and techs too busy with them.

I called Trucash and they said the Mastercard doesn't work for anything anymore except POS purchases with "some" merchants. They also said Paxum had control of that, not Trucash.

so mastercard pulled the plug again. some religion at work. why else refuse money??

Unionpay is the card company... not the issuer

means that card's are gone again, now just wires, to card, eft left

and all of them takes weeks to be completed

I requested wire transfer 3 days ago for 10k USD, it arrived 3 days later. Since they don't allow people in EU to withdraw USD to US bank account in EU - i had to first exchange it from USD > EURO, then withdrew it to my USD bank account in EU, total cost with forex exchange was $300 taken off the 10k plus cost of wire. The whole shebang cost me $400.

and my EFT was confirmed in 2 days hoping to get it on Monday

I can probably cut my Trucash card, it hasn't been working for like 2 weeks, doubt it will work again.

who knows... but Paxum Wirecard has a bit higher ATM transaction fee than Trucash card (3% vs 2,5%) and also exchange rate seems to be worse.

Paxum announced EFT support for these currencies four months ago, but now they've quietly disappeared. :mad:

How long ago did you request it and has it actually been initiated? (Check your transaction list to see if it's shown as Completed)

Been a while since I requested a wire from Paxum (although now EFT AUD is gone I'm pretty much forced to do that now!!!) but I think "Validated" is an intermediate stage, and it means they haven't actually sent it.

You need to chase it up with a support ticket.

Ruth replied to me this morning and said 5 days from when it was validated. Im sure last time i had to transfer USD to AUD before i did a wire so not sure if thats the problem.

Again, been a while since I did a wire through Paxum, but I've never had to convert currencies in order to withdraw. I withdrew via wire from my USD Paxum account to my Australian bank account, and Westpac did the USD->AUD currency conversion, as with any normal international wire.

How much did Paxum sting you for the wire? I used to pay $USD 50 but I've seen some people say it's now $USD 70?

Yeah $50 USD and there is normally about $20 or $25 for the middle men. My bank does not charge fees so im not sure who gets that.

Paxum just replied my ticket, they told me there is still hope with trucash, so we need to be patient

Paxum prepaid Mastercard issued by Wirecard. It's probably only available for clients from the EU.

I just tried it then, submitted it, everything seemed to go fine with it saying the funds would be withdrawn...

Then 10 sec later I check withdraw history and it's already showing as REJECTED.

edit: Do have to give some credit to them, I received an email a few minutes later stating it had failed. That's not typically what Paxum does. :)

Yep the story repeats:

Paxum finds a partner that has never had any issue.
Paxum makes a deal with them.
Couple of months later the partner gets into problems most probably because of the type of funds it is now dealing with.
