paxum could have got funding and made their own card.
|
But what did they expect. Unionpay strictly prohibits everything in the slightest related to adult/porn. I remember multiple people predicting unionpay card wouldn't last 6 months before dropping paxum. Well seems like they were blocked before the cards even arrived.

Prediction...in the next few weeks, Paxum will announce their departure from the North American market. By their own admission, their wires are undergoing increased scrutiny by the US banks. Their EFT capabilities have already gone the wayside.
Today's global banking environment is not kind to companies whose clients are one step above money launderers, which many of the adult programs with their dubious join and cancellation tricks are, and they certainly aren't kind to companies who spread their offices across the globe to circumvent banking regulations. Do you think for one minute that a regular banking service wouldn't have been investigated and shut down by now for their inability to provide clients with their money. (The irony is that a Paxum ad is scrolling below the message box as I type). |
Fellows you know me, you know my friends.. we must bring some result. Have any chances that paxum will back paxum cards
|
|
they need some card like wirecard or cosmopayments to process in the america´s and problem solved
|
nikki what do you think will they continue issue paxum cards same was before tru cash?
|
TLDR is Paxum finally fucked?

I have my funds being wired directly from my programs to a US account. I then wire them to one of the currency exchange companies. They then send my funds in Canadian dollars. All cheaper then a single transaction through Paxum. Plus, if you ask me, the writing is on the wall for Paxum, and I don't want to be one of those who is left saying "I should have seen it coming".
|
My funds are coming back to paxum.

Here's my Paxum experience in Australia.
All types of EFT Dead and removed. Send funds to Visa Dead Send funds to Mastercard Rejected by 4 different cards. Send to TransferWise Unknown Error Rejected. Email [email protected] to ask for support 3 days ago. No Response. Contacted friend in Europe and performed Paxum USD to Paxum European account transfer. Transfer Successful,Paxum confirmation into EURO EFT bank transfer 24 hours later. Long story short if you have a trusted friend in Europe do a Paxum to Paxum then have them send you the funds via Paypal. Seems to be the only way out of this Chinese Finger Trap because the more you struggle and fight it the more stuck you are. I'd like to take a moment to thank Paxum for it's honesty, transparency and impeccable ethics in handling these matters. But it seems they don't have any so I won't be thanking them anytime soon. :1orglaugh |

has any company tried to sit down with mastercard and tried to work something out? if paxum actually had an office would be a start. i don't care if it's 5 people in the office it just looks better. wish i had the funding i know just how to do it
|
About epayments ( it has been like this for many many months ):
Card not available in your region Right now, our cards are only available to EU residents or passport holders. We're working hard to bring cards to more people worldwide, so stay tuned! |
Paxum works fine for us but I wouldn't mind diversify a bit but how many adult programs pay by ePayments? probably less than 5%.

If I'm not mistaken, ePayments also supports external card transfer. And the fee for wire transfer for Europe is $15 USD. |
I finally have some good news. As I'm a citizen of the EU and have all the required documents such as a proof of residence in Hungary, I can apply for a SEPA card, which is just like the old Paxum Mastercard. Unfortunately, only citizens of the EU can get them but the cards work anywhere in the world where Mastercard is accepted. I'm waiting for the address confirmation, and I will apply for the card asap. I really hope it will work out!
