So I recently launched a free site (our first one) not saying it's perfect by any means, definitely a learning curve Slutbank Home of the naughtiest sluts anywhere, cum inside now.

I wanted to add a tube to the site... but don't really know what the best options are...

I am torn between a white label tube (if they are out there) or adding our own tube... using one of those off the shelf tube softwares…

Now one downside of using our own is the bandwidth, whereas I am thinking a white label option won't have that issue...

Can someone tell me if there are any white label options out there ? And likewise if any of the companies who sell the tube software, want to sell me on the idea of going down that route would be cool too...

Starting a tube is a lot of work and costly. You could put KVS or mechbunny up on a subdomain, but you'll have to figure out how to host it to get the lowest bandwidth costs (and companies will dick you around and you'll be surprised by the prices you pay) and you'll have to hire an uploader and build relationships with content providers

Tube white-labels don't exist, to my knowledge

Another option is you can just pull in embedded videos from pornhub/xhamster/etc. This could integrate on your main domain (you wouldn't need a subdomain like you would with KVS/mechbunny/whitelabel) and would increase user engagement (users mostly want to watch free videos, they don't care much about your copy or your galleries or any of that bullshit) and revenues (you get paid for embedded video views)

TBH based on what I see on your site (it's copy-heavy wordpress) your time would best be spent writing more copy and building contextual backlinks. Google will send you monetizable traffic if you write unique copy and build contextual backlinks. Review cam models and bask in the glorious organic cam traffic. Trying to integrate a tube is needlessly complicating your business model because it's a tough, expensive niche to compete in; unless you're gonna spend a shit ton of time/money to do it right, users won't care about your tube or return to it. It won't increase your profits unless you do it really well.

you have a copy-heavy wordpress site, so focus on writing copy for your wordpress site.

You need to know what you want to use the tube for ?? Are you looking to draw in traffic, are you wanting to give the surfers that do find you a reason to stay on the site longer to help with seo ? How many videos are you looking to have on the site ? Going to stay in a niche, or just anything goes ??

I can't image that the whitelabels are good for anything more than a placeholder for domains that you don't want to let go, but don't have the time to work on. Otherwise everyone would have loads and loads of them.

The wordpress option can be gotten into pretty cheaply and can go either hosted or embedded.

The problem with embedded is that everyone and their dog already list everything that is from the big 10 tubes, so again you find it less productive and mostly for small traffic landing spots. If you spend the time to focus on a niche, and then write really good copy to go along with it, you can snag some great long tail search phrases and get some focused traffic that can then be converted.

Which brings us to using a real tube software and hosted videos, which if your going to go thru the time and energy of writing good copy for the videos, you might as well host them yourself, google will start to penalize embedded videos if they don't already

I use MechBunny, but there are a number of options out there in a wide range of prices. I chose MB since it's pretty affordable at $400, and I can use it on all my domains without spending any more $$$'s. So if you want to grow other niches it's as easy as grabbing another domain and firing it up.

I also like that for the most part it's source is there to make any mod's that you need to run your site the way you want!

You can run the script from your /tube folder, but use a secondary server to host the videos, so you could pick up a cheap ohv server to begin with as you get started for $80 that should give you 4TB of video space and be able to get 50 to 100TB of bandwidth from it in a months time.

So figure out why you want a tube, and go forth and prosper

Hey Dude...

OK so here's the thing, I am currently launching a new mainstream project, so alas not a lot of time to throw at the new SLUTBANK.COM site, and likewise all my money is tied up with the new project...

Don't get me wrong I am not dumping my affiliation with adult, we have a lot of revenue streams in adult, it's just not making the money. I guess launching a traffic site was a last shot at seeing, if developing our own traffic we could generate better revenues from our different revenue streams...

Now 4-5 months in that hasn't proved to be the case, maybe we've seen a minor increase in revenues, but that may just be coincidence. However we knew it wouldn't happen overnight and it takes time, especially getting organic traffic, and trust me we're no experts on SEO.

So back to the Tube... any potential revenues would be a bonus, it's more about getting "engagement" with our visitors really... Because of the amount of revenue being brought in I cant throw an addition $100-200 just to host the website (not for now, maybe in the future as we grow)

I did buy the domain SLUTBANK.TV as I wasn't sure if it was better to host the server on another domain, but either way I want to have something on the actual SLUTBANK.COM website... hope that makes some kind of sense.

My big follow up question for you is the comment you made about pulling in embedded videos from places like porn hub... is that allowed ? I will speak to my tech guy and see what he thinks/can do... as that would be an interesting option... Do you actually apply to these tubes to do this ? I have never seen anything on the sites like this...

Thanks mate, very interesting information... I think I am going to put off the Tube for another month and spend some time with my tech guy exploring options...

The main focus is definitely engaging the user, getting them to spend more time on the site.

I do like the idea of being able to add some of our own videos to the tube, videos from our various sites... I am guessing if we go for the white label option, or the embedded option, then that's not an option...

But as I mentioned in another one of my replies... not sure I can justify any kind of big spend on bandwidth... so guess I am caught inbetween… catch 22.

You should be able to do this with any of the WP plugins, and also any of the tube softwares that have been mentioned, you can mix and match embedded & hosted as you need too.

If money is an issue, then using a WP plugin is going to be your cheapest option, and embed most of your videos.

Look at the above screenshot. It shows (Bottom left corner) that the enter button isn't linked to the https://www.slutbank.com/slutbank/ page. It doesn't go anywhere.

If you refresh the page, it seems to work, but as you can see, when I just went to it just now, it wants to take me to https://www.slutbank.com/#clicked (Which is nothing / nowhere) as opposed to the main age inside which is https://www.slutbank.com/slutbank/

Well we actually did it in the hope it would help with bounce rate lol... which when we added it, it appeared it did... we're committed to it now... we have set up a load of link exchanges as well as having it set up in LINKSPUN... so not going to go backwards... But didn't take it as a dig lol...

OK this is driving us mad, no matter what we do... we can't reproduce the result your getting Currently Sober, it is suppose to link to "Clicked" as that's the way it's set up to pop the extra "advertising" page... it's what my developer came up with instead of using a popunder script...

But as two or three of you have said you cant get it to work I am concerned... I've asked a few people to test it for me and all get in fine... so not sure why some of you are not.

What worries me is what % of people cant get it to work...
