I have it on a lot of my old domain names, and its OK. Some don't get any traffic on their own, but others have really picked up in their own right. I don't make huge money on them, but it's more than enough for me to keep renewing the domain names each year...
Mostly revenue is from the ads they show as opposed to signups, but that's fair enough. I just set mine up and left them alone. If you, on the other hand, set one up as a smaller part of something bigger, which is generating traffic that can in part feed the tube, I can't see why it wouldn't be worth doing.
