Starting a tube is a lot of work and costly. You could put KVS or mechbunny up on a subdomain, but you'll have to figure out how to host it to get the lowest bandwidth costs (and companies will dick you around and you'll be surprised by the prices you pay) and you'll have to hire an uploader and build relationships with content providers
Tube white-labels don't exist, to my knowledge
Another option is you can just pull in embedded videos from pornhub/xhamster/etc. This could integrate on your main domain (you wouldn't need a subdomain like you would with KVS/mechbunny/whitelabel) and would increase user engagement (users mostly want to watch free videos, they don't care much about your copy or your galleries or any of that bullshit) and revenues (you get paid for embedded video views)
TBH based on what I see on your site (it's copy-heavy wordpress) your time would best be spent writing more copy and building contextual backlinks. Google will send you monetizable traffic if you write unique copy and build contextual backlinks. Review cam models and bask in the glorious organic cam traffic. Trying to integrate a tube is needlessly complicating your business model because it's a tough, expensive niche to compete in; unless you're gonna spend a shit ton of time/money to do it right, users won't care about your tube or return to it. It won't increase your profits unless you do it really well.
