Is there anyway to make a payment and have it be totally safe?
I mean to someone who doesnt take credit cards and doesnt take paypal.
Is there a way I can pay someone by personal check or bank check or anything else that would make it safe for me to get my money back if the product wasn't delivered? |

westernunion.com online with a credit card... most credit cards cover this if the receiver of the money doesnt deliver, but call yours and ask.
