Is there anyway to make a payment and have it be totally safe?
 

I mean to someone who doesnt take credit cards and doesnt take paypal.

Is there a way I can pay someone by personal check or bank check or anything else that would make it safe for me to get my money back if the product wasn't delivered?

westernunion.com online with a credit card... most credit cards cover this if the receiver of the money doesnt deliver, but call yours and ask.

I find that thugs are a very effective method of sending payments and ensuring delivery.

not really worth it to hire a thug for a few hundred bucks, but thanks :)
