You buy when it crashes. That's easy. Whatever you had before the crash, you hold. Don't get emotional about it.

If you're not investing scared money, not getting emotional is easy. But if you invested your rent money, well good luck to you... May not need it when the heart attack happens anyway.

Right now you can short the futures on any peaks or changes of trend you see where the price may drop in order to hedge your position. Starting on the 18th when options trading starts you will be able to sell calls or buy puts against your position.

So you're saying next year when it hits $100k if it goes to $50k that is a crash? I don't think it is really a crash. You can watch it live going up and down $2000-$3000 per day right now and it is only around $16k. It still so early for BTC I would say when it is $1m and goes down to $100.00 then that would be crash. Only option then is suicide.

A 50% pullback, correction, or whatever you want to call it within a day or several would be considered a crash to most people.
