Paysite tour design. What's working these days?

What types of paysite tours seem to convert better these days? Long single page, multi page, no scroll, tons of samples, no samples, interactive etc...

Have you seen any tours lately that made you actually join?

its all about teh gifs.

Widened tours seem to work better. Just showcase the content and put a lot of join links up. keep it simple, worked for me

Tube style tour. Tell surfer its free and then cross sell them for a couple hundred dollars.

Again though, what is your niche? A lot of factors come into play when you wants to style your tour. Will you be updating a lot? it is mature? is it reality? is it mixed chicks? is it one girl doing her self or a bunch of other people?

will she or they be interactive... a lot of variables to determine your best method.

JD pretty much had it dead on as far as tours.
I think on the niche side giving more for less works these days.
everyone likes a deal so programs offering several sites for the price of one seem to sell.

well... amateur girls...
with the amateur girls theme I would go with lots of polaroid like picturtes laying about with whatever bras and whatever girls have laying around in a collage like manner...

I dont know if I would go with the common wide and long update stacked tour...

you could get away with a wide variety of natural intriguing amateur shots just strewed about with the general text lingo that you want to portray for the site...

if youre focusin one site on one girl I would go with the stacked update toure IF she was involved with the site...

interactive girl deserve constant updates...

I wouldn't say wider tour designs are working better,

honestly one of the better ones I have come across lately is www.jurassiccock.com , real thin tours for the impatient surfer.. using as few words as possible making it incredibly clean and simple, not too much text or too many pics.

On Paul Markham Teens we opened the site so they can see what members get. The inside of the site.

Today's members are a very small minority of surfers, they are repeat buyers and showing them what you have for them works. They've seen all the fancy tours with nothing in the site to back it up. My advice is show them what they're buying. If you think it's worth it.

Blowout deal. 880 videos, 2,400 image sets, plus many RAW videos. $500.

that tour is still over 1000 px wide, Id say its considered wide, not 'real thin'... although im sure it works out well...

Funny how it used to be that everything had to be 800 wide and not 100 is considered not real thin. Changing times.

This is something to consider. And something OP said. Most designs are the same as 100s and 100s of other designs. The trick is (IMO) to make it different enough to make the surfer stop and LOOK at it. Without turning him off.

Or the content.
