I've mentioned before that I had to go to Wisconsin and take my kids back because my wife stole them and moved out of state and that I have custody of the children.

Well, now the bitch has to drive all the way here just to get SUPERVISED visitation with the children...So now she's pissed...

Today, not one but two different social workers from childrens services knocks on my door...The first one was a social worker who worked the case back when they had a case on my wife for her drunken behavior...She came to the door and was nonchalant about it because she had already closed the case on it...She said that she got reports of drug use and prostitution....I tell her it's bullshit, she says "I know" but she had to come check it out....

A few hours later, another worker comes to the door and she has a report that I've been using two of my daughters for child porn...One is five years old and one is five months old...The report said that a few days ago, the respondent saw naked pictures of the two children and that she saw specific pics of my five year old posing naked....and the fact that the person who reported me knew both of the kids by name is a telltale sign of who reported me.

I was heated....I told her to produce the fucking proof that I made some shit like this...and I also let her know that if they had seen some pictures like this, the FBI would be kicking in my fucking door...They wouldn't bother calling child services...She said "I know" but I had to come check....

Man I'm about to put the HAMMER on this bitch now.........

Just a note, all my early day money went to a child custody battle cross statelines. I lost my ass due to the fact that she played "He works in porn card".

Needless to say I lost my daughter.
Spent over $80,000 in attornies over the course of 2 years court fighting, and even during the court proceeding's I only got moderate visitation.

To this day I pay child support.
To this day I pay for her traveling.

I know my daughter calls another man, "father" now whom works literally in sanitation in some small part of Colorado and they live on less than 500 bucks a month.

In your situation, The bitch prolly only see's money for child support but she aint got the kid's so she is definatly doubly pissed.

I could of been a great father but it was raped from me as I only see my daughter barely 6 times a years for a week each time.

I feel for you man. I'm not going to say that all women can't be trusted, (*ahem*), but I will go so far as to say that an ex is an ex for a REASON.

I have a son who is now 8 years old. The last time I saw him was January 1, 1999. When his father and I split up, his father took EVERYTHING and left me in an abandoned apartment with NO furniture, a payment due, and my truck. That's it.

I was very stupid at that time, but I was also very broke and scared out of my mind because my "solid foundation" had been yanked out from under me. A few days later, he came up with legal papers that he told me to sign because if I didn't, he would call CPS and repost me for neglect and abuse because I had no money, food, or anything in the house and by law that was neglectful of our son. So rather than have CPS take my son and ensure I'd never see him again (so I feared), I signed custody over to my husband.

The husband turns around and signs custody over to HIS parents, ensuring I'd never be able to be with my son again. To top it all off, my son (at last report) was on ZOLOFT for fuck's sake, to keep him calm and manageable, i.e., so that they don't have to parent him and he's a perfect little robot. This poor kid has even been told I'm a drug addicted whore who used to lock him in a closet and smack him in the penis to get him to behave!!

It's been too long since this happened and no attorney will take the case because "you shouldn't have signed anything without consulting an attorney first." (Yep, I'm serious, that's what I was told)

I've done everything I can and still no dice. So I'm setting money aside in an educational savings acount for my son, with his name on it and my name on it. When he turns 18 or so and starts looking for money for schools, this will pop up and he'll have to come to me to get it. Then he and I can sit down and talk about what's happened.

I'm soooooooo glad you got your kids. Make this fucking bitch HURT for her stupidity.

He hasn't seen our daughter for three years now, and she's better off without him...just like I have no doubt your kids are so much better off with you. Don't let her get away with this crap -- it sounds like you've got a good lawyer, so use that to your best advantage. She sounds like a psycho, and she doesn't need to be anywhere near your kids.

I thought I had met someone who was an exception to this rule. I let her know everything about me and everything of who I was. 11 years later she turned from princess to harpy over night. Bringing up 11 years of mistakes and actions on my part when spun by her made me out to be the devil himself. Sure I didnt do dishes very often, or clean the house everyday ( her list actually had at least 2 pages of things I had done wrong), but to hear her say it, I purposefully would make every dish in the house dirty by pouring thing from one pot to the other and then dump the contents onto a pile of cloths to make them dirty and then drag them behind my car for fun. To my benifit I must add that while I didnt do these two things often enough, she forgets that I cooked dinner 6 nights a week and breakfast and lunch 3 days, did all the car repairs every weekend, well I regress. I dont need to justify this to anyone as its not part of where I am going.
So to make things as bad as she can for me, she threatens to make it so I can only see my kids every other weekend. Knowing fully that in my line of work (I manage a restaraunt) I have to work every weekend late into the night. Effectively leaving me with seeing my kids while they were asleep. My lawyer told me that in all probability that would be what the judge would recommend since that is standard visitation by law in Oregon. It took months of negotiation and her finally understanding how much money she would have to spend on day car if she had the kids all week, as before we took opposite days off to keep day care down to 3 days a week. Now I get my kids 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday while they are in school, and part of the concession I had to make was to give her 80% of the profit from the sale of our house along with everything inside it. She got married 2 months later and now my kids think this guy is their dad and keep calling me by my first name. I could bitch about this for days, but you see my point I hope. Women are like mushrooms, they should be kept in the dark and fed nothing but shit.
Now as far as women and their work proformance go, thats another story. I will go out of my way to hire women. Theymake superior managers compared to menand their attention to detail and work ethic is higher than most men, that has been proven in many studies.

They're good guys - she's the bad guy here. You help out the good guys by giving them what they need, and they'll help you out by stringing the *real* bad guy up on false accusations.

She got to move back to hillbilly town from a nice middleclass area which she hated, apparently there werent enough crank users and Kmarts where we lived before. Luckily I was able to get the kids into the local Japanese Emersion program in the town I live in. Eventually they will learn that most people do have all their teeth, and that crazy smell from the 'cooks' house isnt a good thing.

So rather than have CPS take my son and ensure I'd never see him again (so I feared), I signed custody over to my husband. The husband turns around and signs custody over to HIS parents, ensuring I'd never be able to be with my son again. To top it all off, my son (at last report) was on ZOLOFT for fuck's sake, to keep him calm and manageable, i.e., so that they don't have to parent him and he's a perfect little robot. This poor kid has even been told I'm a drug addicted whore who used to lock him in a closet and smack him in the penis to get him to behave!! It's been too long since this happened and no attorney will take the case because "you shouldn't have signed anything without consulting an attorney first." (Yep, I'm serious, that's what I was told) I've done everything I can and still no dice. So I'm setting money aside in an educational savings acount for my son, with his name on it and my name on it. When he turns 18 or so and starts looking for money for schools, this will pop up and he'll have to come to me to get it. Then he and I can sit down and talk about what's happened. I'm soooooooo glad you got your kids. A woman will keep track of everything that can possibly be used to her advantage in order to screw you. They do it to themselves, and they do it to men. Men may fight, but most will follow at least some rules of decency. To a woman, it doesnt matter how close you once were, now you are her worst enemy and every aspect of your life both professional and personal needs to be ruined. Never tell a woman anything that may be used in any way against you. One day it will be. I thought I had met someone who was an exception to this rule. I let her know everything about me and everything of who I was. 11 years later she turned from princess to harpy over night. Bringing up 11 years of mistakes and actions on my part when spun by her made me out to be the devil himself. Sure I didnt do dishes very often, or clean the house everyday ( her list actually had at least 2 pages of things I had done wrong), but to hear her say it, I purposefully would make every dish in the house dirty by pouring thing from one pot to the other and then dump the contents onto a pile of cloths to make them dirty and then drag them behind my car for fun. To my benifit I must add that while I didnt do these two things often enough, she forgets that I cooked dinner 6 nights a week and breakfast and lunch 3 days, did all the car repairs every weekend, well I regress. I dont need to justify this to anyone as its not part of where I am going. So to make things as bad as she can for me, she threatens to make it so I can only see my kids every other weekend. Knowing fully that in my line of work (I manage a restaraunt) I have to work every weekend late into the night. Effectively leaving me with seeing my kids while they were asleep. My lawyer told me that in all probability that would be what the judge would recommend since that is standard visitation by law in Oregon. It took months of negotiation and her finally understanding how much money she would have to spend on day car if she had the kids all week, as before we took opposite days off to keep day care down to 3 days a week. Now I get my kids 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday while they are in school, and part of the concession I had to make was to give her 80% of the profit from the sale of our house along with everything inside it. She got married 2 months later and now my kids think this guy is their dad and keep calling me by my first name. I could bitch about this for days, but you see my point I hope. Women are like mushrooms, they should be kept in the dark and fed nothing but shit. Now as far as women and their work proformance go, thats another story. I will go out of my way to hire women. Theymake superior managers compared to menand their attention to detail and work ethic is higher than most men, that has been proven in many studies.
