withdraw $ from paypal to bank account

are there some bank service provider will not charge this, or lower charge, can u guys tell me someone?

paypal dont support withdraw $ to my country's bank, so i need a paypal supported bank, I.E. a us bank, but most of them charge a big setup fee, so plz recommend me one

Try and get a paypal debit card. Their page says something along the lines that they rarely give them out outside the US, but I got one very easily in Canada. Works very well.

A transfer from your pay pal account to your bank takes 3-4 days and costs nothing. Its a good deal. If epassporte gets the bank transfers option, then they will also be good. But withoput that feature, it's basically useless for many people.

but I do know that the few K paypal froze in my account kinda pissed me off
