are there some bank service provider will not charge this, or lower charge, can u guys tell me someone?

I never get charged to have them deposit money into my account, but I live in the US.

Try and get a paypal debit card. Their page says something along the lines that they rarely give them out outside the US, but I got one very easily in Canada. Works very well.

good old paypal. Charging you and keeping your money for a minimum of a 4 business day float on both sides of the transaction.

the interest float is nice for them. I can't knock them on there business plan. |

with interest rates as low as they are, the interest on the float isn't really all that important. The leverage they get from it is tremendous however. |
