They give you a reason? I suppose they don't need one, these kind of announcements coming from iBill don't surprise me anymore...

whoa...for you that's like 80K a month I'll bet...thats pretty lame..good thing they gave you advance notice..since you dont have affiliates there are way better options than ibill for online checks..ones that verify the funds based on info that is updated every 24 hours so you dont get the huge bouncers that online checks give

reason given is that they are unable to settle Canadian checks... so any Canadians who are currently recurring this way are lost.

I've defended iBill alot on this board but its really starting to annoy me that I have to find out about things like this here. With the amount we pay iBill in fees they could well afford a fulltime employee just for dealing with our issues.

Considering that I probably have had maybe 5 Candian check sign ups this is not an issue.

What is an issue is that I did not receive an email about this and have to read it here. There isn't even a message in the CMI about this.

Hi,

The Canadian ACH market is not very stable. We can surely help with your US ACH processing at rates lower than any other in the industry, and including costomer verfication.

All hate IBILL. To my mind Ibill cheat at online check and some recurring transactions. I worked with Ibill and know about this fact.

seems to make sense, given that:

Because some of the transactions iBill processes are for the adult entertainment industry, our reputation with our customers and in the investment community may be harmed and the price of our common stock may

Why do you charge $15 per check for checksmart product if the check comes back or doesnt clear ? I dont understand returned check fees at all in fact isnt it why you all get your percentage of our blood. lol

Hey Tony,

For our CheckSmart product we do not charge for checks that are returned / unsuccessful (NSF or rejected due to closed bank account etc.) But when the consumer visits their bank and determines the transaction was a non-authorized charge, then the previously successful transaction is classified as a chargeback, with a $15 fee.
