I went to jury duty today and there were 2 young asian men and they were both Very thin. 1 looked almost malnutritioned. He had to have a 25" waist. I was like wtf do these people eat to get so skinny?

I notice a LOT of asians are very thin, what do they eat? I want to be thin like that.
Do they just eat fish and seaweed and jog like mother-fuckers?

How do they cook the fish?
They just put salt and chopped one onion and lot of water and boil it. Thats it, no 20 and counting ingredients. No oil.

Thats why their hole has natural sweet juice not like american and european who are meat and burger eating addicts that had greasy hole.

Meat, veggies, rice. I was in Japan for a week recently, I ate mostly that kind of diet and lost 4lbs in a week. I never felt hungry, I always had enough food. Granted, we walked on average 10kms per day doing tourist stuff, I'm sure that was the main cause but the food is so light and delicious, you never feel full or bloated after a meal.

I'm not a big guy either, I went there weighing 199lbs, came back 195lbs.

Read up on health benefits in turmeric, cinnamon, clove, cumin, black pepper, garlic, etc. for instance. the list is endless.

some spices help with digestive system, some help with cholesterol/fat burning, some help get rid of toxic stuff, high/low blood pressures, and much more.

I live in Asia. Many people eat healthy food but they also eat a lot of bad food and drink a shit ton here at least.

There is a large portion of the younger ones here that are quite bit as well.

Different diet, different genes, but also a cultural thing. In many Asian countries if you are fat you can't find a good husband and job etc. So parents won't allow their kids to get fat.
It's changing though, obesity in Asia is growing a lot.

if one were to look at areas with typically skinny Caucasians, those are generally cultures that don't eat a whole lotta bread

refined grains is listed along with your 'sugar processed food', which i note isn't specific in itself. The point i was trying to make was the consumption of carbohydrates, which i think accounts for almost 50% of a typical western diet, seems to have a bigger variance in body size (not necessarily fat).

but, in the end, it's calories and food quality.

Sugary stuff, lots of veggies, tons of msg and salt. Lots of protein. its a pretty basic fitness model diet but adds a ton of bad shit.

smaller portions more often, 5-7 times a day is my only explanation.
