Frames vs hahahahahahas - wich one is better and why??

I wanted to have an easy to navigate site in my new members area, but can't decide if I should choose a regular frame or an hahahahahaha... does it matter? Are there alot of browsers that won't see hahahahahahas?

Any feed back would help!
Thanks guys!!
kisses, Kamilla

Go for normal frames. Ifra<b></b>mes are fairly limited, and do not really give great possibilities when you want to use them for a navigation system.

hmmm really? how so? I'm using i-frames on my webmaster site http://www.ClickForWebmasters.com and it look fine to me, nor have I gotten any complaints... something I should know?
I've heard that i-frames might not show up in older browsers but I've heard the same for regular frames so I was just wondering what the pros/cons were for each

Thanks for taking the time to post
kisses, Kamilla

What's on that site could be done with normal tables as well, so ifr<b></b>ames don't really add something there. In such a case, I would go for neither frames nor hahahahahahas, but plain html instead.
With frames, however, you can add a small nav menu at the top of the page, so surfers can quickly jump to any section of the site from wherever they are. (I'd still go for neither frames nor ifr<b></b>ames but for plain html, but that's just me)

The amount of people not able to see ifr<b></b>ames is quite small, though, so not really something to worry about.

Actually I do need frames on that site so I only have to update the 2 menus on each side once - not on every page ;)
I will most likly be adding stuff as my new site grows and having to update every page is just not an option - frames rules! Just wanted to know if there were any pros/cons with each option before I continue building

Thanks again
Kamilla

SSI or PHP includes can do that job as well
