Maybe I'm using the wrong numbers at http://shearsonmortgage.com/calculat...rtgageLoan.asp But with a 10% down on a 800K property at achievable rate [at shearsonmortgage] of 5.2% The monthly is $3,980 not 6.8K per your model What other fees is this calculation missing? Quote:
