Yes they probaly got their hand slapped for letting that slip. Our government wants to break all news in a way to keep spirits up and make them look good. We will not see the truth about this war until the guys that were there are back and being interviewed by Jenny Jones.

Maybe they don't want to say his religion because the anti war people will just say, "It's not all Islamic people that are like this." Instead they focus on the facts... a. Why must you be so retarded. I'm speaking of the media coverage of the war in general. If you think you are going to see the entire truth before this war is over you are sadly mistaken. Not only does our government want to keep spirits and support high right now but some things can't be reported because they would compromise the safety of our troops. Don't jump to so many fucking conclusions but yes I trust a soldier that is on Jenny Jones speaking from experience more than CNN's live coverage.

1. Maybe you could have specified that you were referring to the media coverage in general, as you were responding to a specific topic, not a general topic. And since you were making a general statement, what is your opinion on the specific topic of this thread?

It's called sarcasm but what difference does it make if our solder is interviewed on Jenny Jones or one of the other hundreds of media outlets there are. Is he telling the truth on one but lying on the other?
