My friend who knows the guy that works at 31Flavors, told my ex-girlfriends cousin who in turn told me that his GoFundMe wasn't shut down due to him cancelling it, more due to him attempting to circumvent it via using banned verbiage in his "advertisement" and stating that he will also accept paypal via: name --at whatever dot com - which of course cuts out the whole business model of Go Fund Me. :2 cents:

Obviously something is not up to par. He's been offered $400 on the condition that he proves that his "GF" has cancer. My step mother died of cancer 2 years ago and my mother just went through breast cancer, I really do not like someone using something like this as an excuse to get money. Instead of asking for donations on an adult forum...why not create a thread explaining the situation and then asking if anyone has any work they need done? If my girlfriend has cancer (or any other serious medical issue) and I was trying to come up with emergency funding (and using an adult forum for that...) I would be up all night resizing cock pictures and writing image descriptions just to get some extra cash. I'm sure there's some people on here that would have paid you for some webmaster work and you would probably have MUCH better luck going that route.
You could also make some extra cash using all those websites that pay you for writing articles, sell some hardlinks on any websites you have (or sell domains), sell some things on eBay, come up with ideas to sell services on fiverr, use work outsourcing websites to get hired on some quick webmaster jobs...I mean the sky is the limit on legal/non-shady ways to make money on the internet. Goodluck to you and if your girlfriend really does have cancer I hope everything turns out okay! |
