Of course not. About 44 million of Americans can't even afford a health care, and eight out of ten of these are workers or their dependents. In my country even jobless people have a free health care with the same quality as the working ones. Plus to that we have a free education here

Yes, as Americans we pay taxes and they may be high but that's what you do in First World nations. If Russia ever ceases being a dysfunctional, second world nation you will start paying higher taxes.
