I don't think so. The soldiers got paid, it was their profession. Also, saying "no" wasn't really option if your king ordered to do something. Defending side on the other hand, fought for their lives, homes, families, property and freedom. And that side also had hired soldiers.

You understimate people if you think that just hatred of the foreigner gets people to fight wars. At least you need some threat scenario, just simply hating foreigner simply isn't enough. For example if the troops turnover is something like 100 % (not uncommon), you very soon come to conclusion that "I don't hate enemy so much after all, let's go home.", if the hating enemy is the sole reason to fight.

Umm what other news do you expect to hear about the black boxes? They released info the second day they had them showing that the data was consistent with being hit by a missile. What else do you expect to hear?

This is my conclusion since the beginning, they can predict what is gonna happen and i doubt those that shot this civilian aircraft did it on purpose (whoever it is), so the responsible is this stupid air company

So a airliner flying through approved flight space is to blame, not drunk Russians manning a BUK system that admitted to shooting down the aircraft when they thought it was a troop transport.. Nope not the drunk Russians fault at all because it's the airliners fault that drunk Russians shot it down.

This makes perfect sense.. Hell perhaps the airliner pilot launched the missile himself from his iPhone just to make Russia and the rebels look bad..
