Got any Benedryl? It's a very effective sleep aid. Also, jacking off (I'm not kidding) releases some very soothing hormones into the bloodstream. And, yes, melotonin (which if you had it on hand, I assume you would have taken it by now) is also very good.

I read in a book that eating a lot or makinga a lot of exercise before going to sleep, isn´t very good to insomnias...
(someday I´ll try the exercise, and see if it works or not)
To me what helps is listening to music on headphones...
